FT Remodeling was started by Fernando Rosales after years of working in residential construction in Virginia, Maryland, and Washington DC. The goal was simple: build a remodeling business focused on detailed stone and tile work, with the owner involved on every project from estimate through final walkthrough.
Over 15 years, FT Remodeling has completed kitchen, bathroom, and basement projects across the DC Metro region, with most new clients coming through referrals from past homeowners.
